Hami Arrington is Cofounder at One Foot Over, a digital marketing agency team of B2B digital marketing experts that specialize in SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and Inbound Marketing. Hami holds a BA in Public Relations and Marketing and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. She is the 2020 president of the Women’s Masters Network, a current board member of the Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association, a Leadership Houston Class XXXVII alumna, and an advisory board member for the 2020 Women’s Consulting Business Summit. Hami was also chosen to be a Co-Ambassador for the Cohort 26 Alumni from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

Jenn Cole is currently the Program Manager for SB 11 Programs at the UTHSC Houston Faillace Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola University New Orleans in Psychology, Education and Women’s Studies, her first Masters from University of Houston in Marriage and Family Therapy and a second Masters from the University of Texas Austin in Business Administration.  She is a positive high energy leader with over 15 years’ experience in program development, implementation and management, training, staff recruitment, development and coaching, and removing barriers to effective operations in a variety of settings and industries. She is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and equality, making mental health accessible, and supporting health families and communities. She has been an active volunteer with the Women’s Masters Network since its inception and she is excited to have been selected for the role of President Elect.

Lynda Nguyen is a Supply Chain Fanatic obsessed with continuous improvement in operations, strategic sourcing, and vendor management. Her experiences include consumer goods, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Emerson Automation Solutions, Lynda held various roles at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, PepsiCo, and Starbucks. Lynda has an MBA, a BS in Industrial Distribution, and a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Lynda adores her family, friends, and dog, in addition to traveling, board games, and well-intentioned Pinterest home projects.

Emily Martin is the Marketing Director for Calvetti Ferguson, a full-service public accounting and consulting firm that provides financial audit, tax, and corporate advisory services to public and private companies. Prior to Calvetti Ferguson, Emily held various marketing roles at EY, KBR and AkzoNobel. She is a Committee Member for the Young Professionals group of ACG Houston and previously served as the VP of Marketing for the University of Houston chapter of NAWMBA. Emily earned an MBA from the University of Houston with certificates in Global Management and Leadership Development and a BBA from Texas A&M University in Marketing.

As a certified leadership consultant, trainer, and speaker, Katrina Booker, MBA draws on her 20 years of personal corporate experience, along with being an entrepreneur to help transform the lives of women. She teaches strategic steps to help them move to the next level in their careers, launch businesses, and build confidence to create goals that lead to achievement.

Her background includes 10+ years in project management experience supporting a global independent financial management company. She has been recognized for effectively leading projects to support day-to-day operations, providing superior shareholder experience, being innovative in her approach to identifying gaps, and building solutions to increase efficiency. Also, she supports the company culture by serving as co-chair of the Women’s Network and Diversity & Inclusion Champion.

Sarah Grimmer is an award-winning marketer and Founder of Janie and June Marketing Collective, a collaborative of senior level marketing strategists, designers, and developers focused on delivering foundational marketing programs. Sarah holds a BA in Communications, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising, as well as an MS in Media and Communications from Lynn University. She serves on the boards of the Women’s Masters Network and the Houston Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Colleen Horrocks is a decisive leader and consultant with 18+ years of experience spanning strategic sourcing, logistics, marketing, and business development. She’s lead top-performing teams to global excellence and strategic alignment in multiple industries, including chemicals, rubber, automotive, and shipping logistics. Colleen leads with a strong business acumen and a reputation for bringing order out of chaos. She holds a Bachelor or Business Administration in Finance and Master of Management in Accounting from Walsh College.

Natalie Navellier is Regional Vice President for Touchstone Investment. She is responsible for sales efforts serving financial professionals in South Texas and Louisiana. For the past three years, she was responsible for promoting Touchstone’s product lineup of mutual funds to wirehouses and independent channels in Southern California and Hawaii. Before joining Touchstone, Natalie was a client service associate for a wealth advisor at Gratus Capital Management, a registered investment advisor. Natalie earned an MBA in International Business from Xavier University and a BA in Economics from Emory University.

Sandra Roth is the Global Head of Mechanical Technologies for Schlumberger. She has extensive experience leading local, national, and international operation, engineering, sales and marketing teams. Sandra holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA concentrated in Marketing. She is also a Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Prior to Schlumberger, she held various manufacturing leadership positions at Caterpillar. Sandra was born in Colombia but grew up in Venezuela and is now a very proud American Citizen. She is also a Health and Productivity Coach, and during her “me time” she enjoys practicing weight training, and figure skating.

Erin Urban is the founder & career strategist powering UPPSolutions, LLC. She is a self-proclaimed recovering perfectionist with a focus on behavioral science and over a decade of coaching successful professional transformations. Erin partners with professionals who are feeling stuck and want to see real career results. She helps develop effective career action plans that open doors to opportunities.

Erin is a member and contributor of the invite-only Forbes Coaches Council, a Certified Professional & Leadership Development Coach (CPDC, CLDC), Certified Strengths Assessment Coach & Consultant (DISC), a Certified Facilitator and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) in continuous improvement. She is an international speaker, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the National Speakers Association (NSA).

Heather Olin Wright is Manager of Strategic Planning at Seneca Resources where she helps coordinate financial forecasting and the evaluation of various strategic alternatives. Prior to joining Seneca Resources, she was an Associate at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division and also worked in education for Alief ISD.

Juliana Herman is a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Emerson Actuation Technologies. She has over 15 years of experience in Manufacturing and over 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas. She has worked for Cameron Valves & Measurement and Curtiss-Wright Flow Control in several roles focused on expanding market presence and growing revenues through strategic planning and implementation. Juliana has substantial experience in building new programs and departments, including launching the Houston Sales and Marketing office for an air inflated blast resistant shelter company focused on turnaround safety in refining and petrochemical plants. Juliana has a B.S. in Clothing and Textiles from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Rice University.
