President

 Natalie (Navellier) Holden holds the position of Director of Business Strategy at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for enhancing the client experience and ensuring that the highest level of service is provided. Natalie collaborates with the team to develop and implement investment recommendations. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Natalie worked as a Regional Vice President at Touchstone Investments and served as a client service associate for a wealth advisor at Gratus Capital Management, a registered investment advisor. Natalie has an MBA in International Business from Xavier University and a BA in Economics from Emory University.

Juliana Herman

Juliana Herman is an innovative, collaborative, and resourceful executive focused on Marketing Strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing and over 15 years of experience in Energy and Industrial industries. She has worked for companies of many sizes in roles focused on expanding market presence and growing revenues through strategic planning and implementation. Juliana has substantial experience in building new programs and departments, including Marketing programs for start-ups, launching the Houston Sales & Marketing office for a company focused on safety, as well as the Technical Design department for a Houston-based retailer. Juliana has a B.S. in Clothing and Textiles from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Rice University.

George Herman

George Herman is a chemist currently employed in technical service for oilfield performance chemicals.  He is Global Technology Team Lead for Enhanced Oil Recovery with BASF.  George received his Bachelor’s in Chemistry from VCU in 2012 and an MBA from Rice in 2020. His interests include bicycling and chess.

Shana’ Brown is a creative and passionate professional committed to promoting diversity in professional settings. Having come from a military upbringing, she’s learned to always adapt to new environments and develop new ways to promote inclusivity in the workplace. Shana’ holds a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an M.Ed from the University of Miami and a MBA from the University of Florida. Having spent 10 years working in higher education in various capacities from residential life to career advising, she recently transitioned to Allstate as an Early Career Learning & Development Lead.  She enjoys traveling, attending broadway shows, nights out with friends and is determined to use her Peloton more than her Cricut this year.

Emily Clark has spent almost her entire professional career working in higher education, from the University of Utah to Cleveland State University to the University of Houston. Throughout her time in higher education, she increased her passion for helping others develop, grow, and progress in their professional journeys. In her current role as a university recruiter for Halliburton, she connects with students, universities, and community programs to continue helping college students take the next step in their professional careers. Her primary focus is on diversity programs with HBCUs, MSIs, and HSIs. Emily earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho (she’s from a military family), and her MBA from the University of Houston. When she’s not working, she is spending time with her husband and friends typically trying new bars and restaurants or volunteering with an animal rescue.

Monikka M. Mann is a trailblazing academic, accomplished engineer, and revered quiz show champion. With over 20 years as an Engineering Project Manager, she’s led innovations across sectors from Aerospace to Semiconductors. A Stanford alumna with degrees in Material Science & Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, she’s further honed her expertise at Harvard. She is currently an ABD at Texas Tech in Systems and Engineering Management. Affiliated with renowned entities like PMI and SWE, Monikka’s passion extends to bridging gender and racial divides in Engineering. Devoted to aiding BIPOC students, she’s championed robotics competitions for two decades. Beyond her accolades, Monikka cherishes her role as a mother to three and wife to Dr. Donald G. Prier II for 27 years.

Ceci Tossoni works as the APM Digital Manager at SLB. She has over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, and has held various roles in Argentina, Mexico, and globally. Her areas of expertise include Directional Drilling, Operations, Quality Management, and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment. She possesses excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-departmental management skills. Ceci is committed to enhancing safety and efficiency in operations and values responsibility and perseverance. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from IAE Business School.
