Heather Olin Wright
President
Heather Olin Wright is Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Seneca Resources where she helps heads the company’s financial forecasting process. Prior to joining Seneca Resources, she was an Associate at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking division and also worked in education for Alief ISD. Heather and her husband are also owners of Reverent Wedding Films. Heather has a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rice University.

Natalie Holden
President-Elect and Advisory Board Liaison
Natalie Navellier is Regional Vice President for Touchstone Investment. She is responsible for sales efforts serving financial professionals in South Texas and Louisiana. For the past three years, she was responsible for promoting Touchstone’s product lineup of mutual funds to wirehouses and independent channels in Southern California and Hawaii. Before joining Touchstone, Natalie was a client service associate for a wealth advisor at Gratus Capital Management, a registered investment advisor. Natalie earned an MBA in International Business from Xavier University and a BA in Economics from Emory University.

George Herman
Treasurer
George Herman is a chemist currently employed in technical service for oilfield performance chemicals. He is Global Technology Team Lead for Enhanced Oil Recovery with BASF. George received his Bachelor’s in Chemistry from VCU in 2012 and an MBA from Rice in 2020. His interests include bicycling and chess.

Juliana Herman
Secretary and Membership Director
Juliana Herman is an innovative, collaborative, and resourceful executive focused on Marketing Strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing and over 15 years of experience in Energy and Industrial industries. She has worked for companies of many sizes in roles focused on expanding market presence and growing revenues through strategic planning and implementation. Juliana has substantial experience in building new programs and departments, including Marketing programs for start-ups, launching the Houston Sales & Marketing office for a company focused on safety, as well as the Technical Design department for a Houston-based retailer. Juliana has a B.S. in Clothing and Textiles from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Rice University.

Sandra Roth
Sponsorship Director
Sandra Roth is the Global Head of Mechanical Technologies for Schlumberger. She has extensive experience leading local, national, and international operation, engineering, sales and marketing teams. Sandra holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA concentrated in Marketing. She is also a Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Prior to Schlumberger, she held various manufacturing leadership positions at Caterpillar. Sandra was born in Colombia but grew up in Venezuela and is now a very proud American Citizen. She is also a Health and Productivity Coach, and during her “me time” she enjoys practicing weight training, and figure skating.

Emily Clark
Events Director
Emily Clark has spent almost her entire professional career working in higher education, from the University of Utah to Cleveland State University to the University of Houston. Throughout her time in higher education, she increased her passion for helping others develop, grow, and progress in their professional journeys. In her current role as a university recruiter for Halliburton, she connects with students, universities, and community programs to continue helping college students take the next step in their professional careers. Her primary focus is on diversity programs with HBCUs, MSIs, and HSIs. Emily earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho (she’s from a military family), and her MBA from the University of Houston. When she’s not working, she is spending time with her husband and friends typically trying new bars and restaurants or volunteering with an animal rescue.

Shana' Brown
Marketing and Volunteer Director
Shana’ Brown is a creative and passionate professional committed to promoting diversity in professional settings. Having come from a military upbringing, she’s learned to always adapt to new environments and develop new ways to promote inclusivity in the workplace. Shana’ holds a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, an M.Ed from the University of Miami and a MBA from the University of Florida. Having spent 10 years working in higher education in various capacities from residential life to career advising, she recently transitioned to Allstate as an Early Career Learning & Development Lead. She enjoys traveling, attending broadway shows, nights out with friends and is determined to use her Peloton more than her Cricut this year.
