Denise Hamilton

Denise is the CEO and Founder of WatchHerWork.com, a digital platforms for video based professional advice for women. Denise is a critical thinker and powerful communicator. Her 25 years of diverse experience working in Fortune 100 companies, large non-profits, educational institutions and her own entrepreneurial pursuits have made her a savvy, well-rounded business leader who can thrive and excel in virtually any environment. Denise is also the founder of my.harveyneeds.org which is platform she created to support the relief effort after Hurricane Harvey devastated the Houston area. She donated this tool to the Bread of Life Ministries who continue to use it to this day. Denise is a problem solver who lends her creativity to many non-profit organizations and initiatives in Houston and throughout the United States most recently contributing to the HeForShe campaign of the United Nations, the Rise School of Houston, Dress for Success, Station Houston, Junior League of Houston, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and many others. Denise cares deeply about the community and serves as a board member and community leader in numerous charitable and quasi-governmental organizations.

Mary Bass

Mary Bass is based in Houston and has a broad-based search practice focusing on assignments for board directors, CEOs, chief operating officers and chief financial officers for growth companies nationwide. She is a member of the firm’s Board and Private Equity practices and is active in the Energy, Financial Officer, Financial Services, Industrial and Life Sciences practices. Mary has served on and chaired the firm’s global partner nominations committee. She is also a recipient of the Lou Rieger Quality Award for client service. Mary is a director of the Texas Lyceum Association, has served and chaired the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation and currently serves on the Houston Golf Association Board. She is a graduate of Mississippi State University, earning both B.S. and M.B.A. degrees with an emphasis on corporate finance.

Gozde Capar

Gozde is a supply chain and logistics professional offering multi-industry experience, and a career progression that spans supply chain management, logistics, rail, and trucking, manufacturing, procurement, and transportation management. She has a Master of Science degree from Industrial Systems Engineering with Logistics concentration and is a Six Sigma Black Belt (certified by ASQ) and a Supply Chain Professional (certified by APICS). She also has extensive international experience gained by leading and participating in several international projects while at Bayer Technology Services.

Kim Denney

In over 10 years as a Director, Kim has developed a keen understanding of board governance and the unique role of a board member from both a fiduciary’s and a strategist’s perspective. Kim’s passionate commitment to educational, non-profit organizations is evident in her board service through difficult transitions and the breadth of her support of universities, business- and community-centered organizations. She frequently speaks on leadership topics at professional events. Her global perspective, engineering background, and financial acumen shaped a record of solving top-level problems as an executive with broad responsibilities in the Petrochemical, Energy, and Manufacturing industries. Her P&L experience included accelerating organic growth, successful acquisitions and achieving millions in savings through cost-cutting, divestitures, integrations, and efficiency projects.
